Judge tosses DJ's claim against Swift

Swift used the word "ass" dozens of times on the witness stand as she told jurors that David Mueller reached under her skirt during a meet-and-greet photo op in 2013.

Paige Brasington, 21, a Swift fan from The Woodlands, Texas, said she was groped on public transportation while studying overseas and was glad Swift was giving attention to the issue with the same honesty she brings to her music.

The District Judge ruled that Swift was not liable, as Mueller had not proved that she personally set out to have him fired after the 2013 photo-op.

Mueller sued Swift after her team reported the alleged assault to his bosses at a country music station. According to reports, the jury was sent home this weekend before the judge will decide on the counterclaim brought by Swift's attorney to exclude her from Mueller's lawsuit.

On Friday, Swift's bodyguard, Greg Dent, testified against Mueller and said that he witnessed the alleged assault.

Mueller's lawyer Gabriel McFarland repeatedly pressed Dent on why he didn't step in.

The singer's mother, Andrea Swift, and Frank Bell, her radio manager who contacted the station about the incident, work for Swift's management company, 13 Management LLC. He stayed latched on to my bare a** cheek as I moved away from him.

"I knew she was uncomfortable".

Mueller was sacked by radio station KXGO two days after the 2013 incident and has been unable to find a job since. Mueller is seeking up to $3 million worth of damages as compensation for his ruined career.

Closing arguments are expected Monday.
