Celebrate Friday the 13th with a New 'Stranger Things' Trailer

It's Friday the 13th, so of course the Duffer Brothers chose to release the final trailer for Stranger Things Season 2 today.

Stranger Things season two is coming to Netflix just in time for Halloween on October 27th. He's now also seeing visions of an enormous new creature that threatens to end the world. Are you ready for a new season of Eggo waffle fetishizing, Winona Ryder wildly overacting, telekinetic hijinks, conspiratorial hijinks, baseball bats with nails, and Stephen King/Steven Spielberg-inspired spooky stories?! As the new season gets tantalisingly closer, Netflix has finally gifted us with another trailer to get us even more excited for the next instalment.

A menacing-looking Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) makes an appearance in the clip, sporting short, curly hair - quite a departure from the buzzcut we've come to associate with her. His character was pretty much left to rot in the Upside Down throughout the majority of the first season.

For those that don't already know, Stranger Things is a sci-fi horror series on Netflix created, written, directed, and produced by the Duffer Brothers.

Stranger Things season two bows in its 9-episode entirety on October 27. It's no nightmare. It's real - or at least Hopper says it is.

In the Monopoly "Stranger Things Edition", players choose an '80s-inspired token or one "ripped from the Upside Down" to move around the board trying to find Will Byers.
