Disturbing Tom Sizemore Allegation, Involving 11-Year-Old Co-Star, Surfaces

Sizemore denied the allegation. This is when Sizemore allegedly either rubbed his finger against the girl's vagina or inserted it inside.

He later returned for re-shoots on the film after they declined to press charges, and has appeared in numerous films since. The star reportedly was removed from the set after an 11-year-old co-star revealed that she believed her genitals were touched during a photoshoot in which she had to sit on Sizemore's lap.

"The girl was so young it was unclear to her and (later) her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not", production manager Cassidy Lunnen told the publication.

Now, in the wake of the numerous other charges of sexual assault and harassment by powerful men in Hollywood, a more than decade old incident involving Sizemore has come to light.

Crew members told THR that the alleged incident happened when the film was nearly finished.

She said: "I'm not speaking out for myself, I'm speaking out for the girl who is a woman now".

Actress Robyn Adamson, who played the child's mother, recalled the little girl's eyes widening to the point where Adamson thought she might vomit. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction.

Casting director Catrine McGregor, who was the first to contact the magazine about the alleged incident, said the girl's agent told her the day after it happened that she told her mother.

Sizemore is said to have strongly denied the little girl's allegations when he was confronted over the allegations at the time, telling producers: "I've done a lot of terrible things, and I'd never do anything with kids". He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high. We're talking about consistent behaviour, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day. Then this happens. Guys reached for hammers.

Producer James R. Rosenthal, who died in 2011, "had to stop a group of us from going to visit Mr. Sizemore to kick the guy's ass", Maufas added. McGregor filed a complaint with SAG's legal department and advocated for Sizemore to be fired from the film.

The former actress, now 26-years old, declined to speak on the matter except to say she is currently exploring legal action against the actor as well as her parents. In 2003, he was sentenced to six months in prison for physically abusing his ex-girlfriend, "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss.

Producers told THR that the actor's alleged behavior against the young girl happened during lengthy portrait sessions in Utah for the $5 million film.

"I remember being excited that he went to jail, even if it was for something else."
