Final Fantasy XV's Noctis is the Next DLC Character for Tekken 7

Final Fantasy XV's Noctis is the Next DLC Character for Tekken 7

The announcement was made via a fancy new trailer at the Tekken World Tour Finals this week, which shows Noctis bringing his magical sword to bear against Tekken's cast of fisticuff-focused fighters. Oh, and he's buddies with Lars. For fans of Final Fantasy, that crossover is happening with Final Fantasy XV's Noctis and Tekken 7.

Bandai Namco has not confirmed any specifics about the next DLC apart from a Spring 2018 release date. Now we've got the Xenomorph and Leatherface in Mortal Kombat, plus General RAAM and the Battletoads in Killer Instinct, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Injustice. For example, there is also FF15 content in Assassin's Creed Origins, just giving them more ways to enjoy and appreciate Square Enix's RPG no matter what they're playing. Fatal Fury's Geese Howard was added earlier this year, but there are plenty of other opportunities when it comes to post-launch characters.

From this trailer (seen above), we can get a few ideas of what it will be like to play as the Final Fantasy protagonist.

"Noct" won't be the first character from another game to find themselves on the Tekken 7 roster.
