A year for royal babies as Zara Tindall announces pregnancy

Queen Elizabeth II's granddaughter Zara Tindall is expecting her second child, as the Royal Family continues to grow.

Buckingham Palace said yesterday her grandmother Queen Elizabeth and the royal family are "very pleased' with the news".

The baby, who is believed to be due this summer, will join the Tindalls' 3-year-old daughter, Mia Tindall, the BBC reports. He said that tests indicated there was no underlying problem and he described it...

Number six is expected just months earlier, with Prince William and Kate set to welcome their third child in April. "It just happened at the right time", Mike Tindall told Good Morning Britain in May of past year.

The couple announced in November 2016 that they were pregnant again but later revealed they'd suffered a miscarriage. A royal spokeswoman made the announcement on Christmas Eve.

"We were very lucky to have Mia in terms of what we've been through", he said.

Zara Tindall, whose mother is Princess Anne, is one of the U.K.'s top equestrians, and earned a silver medal in the 2012 Olympics in London.

The couple already have a daughter, Mia, aged almost four, who is with her parents in Australia. He later added, "However down we feel, she will come running up in our faces".

Speaking to The Sunday Times he said: 'One thing you do learn is how many other people have to go through the same thing'.

In January 2014, Zara gave birth to the couple's first child, Mia Grace Tindall, who weighed 7lb 12oz, at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
