The KKW Beauty mogul just shared a snap from her recent trip to the fast food chain, where the platinum blonde dressed head-to-toe in designs from husband Kanye West, from a baggy coat to strappy stilettos. Kim says she actually received "millions of '90s photos with tiny little glasses" from Kanye.

Sadly, the fan passed away not long after the conversation.

Kim Kardashian confirmed the news on social media after one of the girl's friends made it public.

'I think Kim was there too, ' they added. "Wasn't even blasted on social media or anything. It's all about tiny little glasses, '" Kim said while wearing extremely small glasses during Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He performed "I love Kanye" much to the delight of the ailing young girl. "Making her happy in her last moments".

Kanye's selfless deed could have gone completely unnoticed had an acquaintance of the girl's family not tweeted: "This girl in my town had cancer and Kanye called her a couple days ago to rap for her".

The couple made time for the dying girl about the same timne their two-year-old son Saint hospitalized with a bout of pneumonia.

Kanye was no doubt touched by the family's request as the bond with his own two children North, 4, and Saint, 2, is so strong.
