Woman returns dead Christmas tree to Costco in January

A woman in California returned a dead Christmas tree to Costco on January 4, according to a customer who snapped a photo of the exchange.

The woman had "no conscience" even though she was "shamed to a small degree" by Costco employees, Bentley wrote, .

A woman in California put that return policy to the test when she reportedly returned her dead Christmas tree and got a full refund, FOX 8 reported.

It is not sure whether the original post was deleted by the user.

Bentley's post went on to take a more critical tone, rebuking the woman for her "little moral values or lack of conscience" that allowed her to return a Christmas tree almost 10 days after December 25.

'She did get a refund - not happily though.

The man even took a photo of the woman and posted it on social media.

'But I don't think it fazed her because she had no conscience, ' the man wrote on Facebook.

While many of us were trying to figure out where to discard our Christmas trees, one woman made a decision to return hers.

After Christmas, many people rush to the store or go online to return unwanted gifts or items that were either the wrong size or color. "People like this are miserable".
