She's back! Nicki Minaj debuts brand-new tracks

"Chun-Li" was produced by J. Reid for Chevy Musik and "Barbie Tingz" was produced by Chevy Musik, with both songs co-produced by Minaj.

Nicki Minaj debuted two new singles during an interview with Zane Lowe on his Beats1 Radio show today.

She purged all social-media platforms from her phone to focus her attention on making a "meaningful" album.

She also teased plans to hit the road. "The first interview [Cardi] did after 'MotorSport" came out, it just really hurt me 'cause she looked so aggravated and angry. However, that's not the story she says Cardi or Migos told after the fact. Nicki says after the beef was over, Drake told her, "I wasn't anxious about anything in that situation except, What if Nicki takes a shot?" "I wanted to make sure I was writing something that was meaningful to me and that would inspire and that would captivate my audience".

The songs are vintage Minaj, with elastic beats, combative words and the West Indian accent she slips into many of her songs. I didn't want to see anything. I tried to stop it from happening. "Then what? What if Nicki spits a bar at me?"

Cardi B is yet to respond to Nicki Minaj's latest alleged diss. I know both Meek and Drake have both moved on from that, from the anger, and all of that stuff. I couldn't really say much. What do I have to lie about? She seemed to get a little emotional about the situation but told the host that she will be speaking in detail about the rest on the album.

Nicki Minaj has discussed the beef between Drake and Meek Mill, describing it as "one of the hardest parts of my career". She started using my hairdresser. You still did interviews and you all still jumped around that just to paint Nicki as the bad person so you could play the victim.

She's a fan of a bunch of the newer female artists.

Cardi B reiterated that sentiment.

"Up until this recent interview that she did, I had never seen her show me genuine love", Minaj says. Nicki further shared the moment when things went a little left between her and Cardi.

The feud speculation reignited when a behind-the-scenes video for "MotorSport" premiered in December and Minaj was noticeably absent.

In an interview last November with Capital XTRA, some fans thought Cardi threw shade at 35-year-old Minaj when she said Minaj altered her verse on "MotorSport."
