Priyanka Chopra's Quantico season 4 gets cancelled

Priyanka Chopra's Quantico will not be renewed for the fourth season, according to an Entertainment Weekly report. The third season of the show opened to lukewarm response and had 13 episodes as opposed to the previous seasons which had 22 episodes each.

However, the show's current season, which premiered last month, will continue to air through mid-July.

Priyanka, who is yet to react to the news of her show being cancelled, responded, "Done, done".

According to EW, the Federal Bureau of Investigation drama has been averaging 2.4 million viewers and a 0.5 in the 18-49 demographic. But with its dense narrative and heavy serialisation, the series started to lose momentum in the second half of its first season and continued to see declines through season 2 and into season 3. The drama thriller has become one of the most loved and talked about shows in recent times, all thanks to its gripping storyline.

Priyanka is all set to make her big Bollywood comeback after nearly three years, with Salman Khan's Bharat, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
